Who legally has ownership of the property?

Legally, the property is owned by a wholly owned subsidiary of Brxs BV. (for example BRXS Lucellestraat) and is part of the BRXS Group. The rental agreements with tenants are also signed by that subsidiary and the mortgage credit is attracted at that level as well. This mitigates the risks of complications with one property (such as a dispute with tenants) affecting the other properties. As a result the risk of a property is capped to that property and will not affect other properties and their investments.

You will not legally own or be liable for the property in relation to the brxs notes you acquire.

More information on the brxs note can be found here and the expected returns here.
