We’ve designed BRXS for investors who want to invest in real estate for the long term (at least several years) so as to maximize return potential. BRXS intends to hold and manage the properties for up to 10 years and would only sell the property if this makes financial sense and is opportune for the investors. However, there could be cases where it makes sense to sell properties before the 10 year milestone. When BRXS sells a property we will pay out the proceeds (after selling costs and mortgage repayment) including all the gains to investors.
