You will receive quarterly update emails for each of the properties you have brxs notes in. These reports provide a detailed transparent overview of the property’s financial performance (All rental income and costs) as well as its rental status and details about completed, ongoing, and upcoming renovation work.

In addition, the quarterly payouts will be transferred to your bank account in the first week of the quarter for the previous quarter's period.
